Essence Of Existence

With time,an egg will walk;
With patience,a child will talk;
Fishes never learn to swim,
Neither do birds learn to fly.
We were created to dominate,
Why then do we prefer to be dominated?
In the beginning,we had dominion,
Sadly,we sold it to purchase opinion.
The sun is respected for its glory,
The stars are admired for their beauty,
No matter the number of years we live on earth,
If our quest for survival surpasses that of significance,
What then can we say we have lived for?
Love entails ample sacrifices,
Perfection requires ample practices;
If we have eyes and no vision,
What then is the essence of our mission?
Too many words misdirect the soul,
Minute words leave the mind in despair;
When all have been said and done,
Without legacy and moral heritage,what have we really done?
The OMNIPOTENT made us all born leaders,
We have all come to experience the twin nature of life,
And on our voyage back to where we belong,
What have you done that others have not done?
Use your talents wisely and make your bed on time.
