I Have Been There Before

I have been there before;
The stream of life and death;
The war front of survival;
The heat of oblivion;
Truly, i have been there before

The pain was great;
Sorrow took my body,
And my heart pleaded for rest.

Here i am again,
With the past behind,
And the future within my grasp,
All to the glory of the creator.

Here is the message of life:
You are not forgotten.
Even in your worst situation,
The lord sees your heart and your soul.

Don't give up now,
The future is bright for you,
And with your faith as strong as a rock,
You will surface again,
Because, i have been there before.
